This page covers books bought directly from rjhalbert.com. Books bought from Amazon, a bookshop, or any other retailer are covered by that retailer’s own policy — please go to them.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. If you are reading from somewhere else, our books are available worldwide through Amazon and other retailers — the links are on our store page.
Shipping cost
Shipping is priced by delivery address and calculated at checkout. You will see the exact amount before you pay.
Signed and personalised copies are prepared by hand. We will let you know when yours is on its way.
If something is wrong with your order
If your book arrives damaged, if we sent the wrong title or edition, or if your order never arrives, write to rj@rjhalbert.com and we will replace it or refund you at our cost. For a damaged copy, send us a photograph — you do not need to post the book back.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on direct orders. We are a small press shipping single copies, and the postage costs more than the margin on the book. If you are unsure which edition you want, write to us before you order and we will help you pick. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Digital and audio
Downloads and audiobook files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded.
